Hello, my name is Lynette Chappell.

I grew up in Walnut Creek, California. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Sacramento and completed a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a Cross-Cultural Language and Academic Development Credential from California State University, Fresno.

Over many years I have worked with students from preschool to the collegiate level. I am thrilled to be continuing my teaching career at the Rocklin Academy Family of Schools. I could not be more excited about being part of the faculty at Rocklin Academy.

I am married to a terrific man named Rich. We soon moved to Rocklin to begin our life together and we have two wonderful children. My philosophy of education is to connect with the students to create an active engaging environment that fosters an enthusiasm for lifelong learning. I believe students should be taught to celebrate and respect each other’s uniqueness and strengths in a safe, nurturing environment.
