Bio

My name is Lucy Hafen. I have the pleasure of being the special education teacher this 2025-2026 academic year at the Turnstone campus. I have worked as an Education Specialist for 9 years. This will be my second year at Rocklin Academy.

To provide some background, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a Master’s degree in special education, as well as an additional certification specializing in autism.

I have three amazing children and a talented husband. He has supported my classrooms throughout the years in many ways, but most notably, in using our 3-D printer to supply our classroom with new and exciting fidgets, prizes, and educational items.

In my free time, I enjoy rollerblading, cooking, playing family games, and spending time at the beach.
