Hello Rocklin Academy Families!
Welcome to 3rd Grade! My name is Brayleigh Riley and this is my third year teaching at Rocklin Academy. My first year here I taught 4th grade and will be going into my second year of teaching 3rd grade this year. I am so excited and looking forward to working with my students!
I am a graduate from William Jessup University, where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies and my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. I earned my Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from CSU Bakersfield over the summer. I believe curriculum and instruction are essential because they provide a clear, purposeful path for learning and ensure all students are engaged, challenged, and supported. Together, they help turn information into meaningful, lasting understanding.
In my free time, I coach Varsity cheerleading at Rocklin High School. I also love to spend time with my friends and family at any local coffee shops, any body of water, and anywhere with a great view. I also enjoy reading books and painting personalized banners as well. I am so blessed to have a great tribe surrounding me!
I am so excited to take on another year of teaching at Rocklin Academy and am looking forward to a year full of growth, learning, and unforgettable memories! I am looking forward to working with you and my future students this year.
