Hello Rocklin Academy Families! My name is Jenni Pike, and I am thrilled to be working with the Enrichment Support Team! It’s a blessing to be a part of such a wonderful learning community! I believe all students can learn at high levels. I wholeheartedly believe that when teachers partner with students and their parents, the sky's the limit!

My passion for teaching came at a young age when I would help my younger brothers with their homework. I pursued my dreams at California State University Fullerton, where I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor Degree in American Studies in 2006 and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential in 2007. My first experience teaching in a 3rd-grade class solidified that inside a classroom is where my heart will always be! From there, I gained experience, forever-friendships, and great memories as I taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and 5th grade for the Fullerton School District. I also taught grades K/1 and 2/3 at a multiage, constructivist charter school- Sycamore Academy of Science and Cultural Arts. For the last seven years, I have been part of the awesome 4th-grade team here at Rocklin Academy!

Throughout my 15 years of teaching, I have sought out opportunities to grow as an educator and better serve my students and meet their diverse needs. I am proud of the conferences, committees, cohorts, and teams I have been a part of in these efforts. I will always be a “life-long learner!” I feel there is a learning opportunity with every interaction and experience.

My husband David and I relocated from Southern California and currently live in Lincoln with our three children; Bradley just turned twelve, Bentley is nine, and Holly is eight. They are our greatest blessings, and they bring so much love and humor to our lives! Being a mom has made me a better teacher, and I continue to learn from my children daily. Our family loves it up here in Northern California! We love exploring and finding a lot of neat places to stop and play! Teaching is my hobby, but I also love to read, write, and watch movies. When not in the classroom, you can find us playing with our two cocker spaniels, Wrigley and Riley, working in our yard, or attending church.

I’m looking forward to seeing your children growing and thriving, exploring and experiencing, and making lasting memories and friendships. I will be here to nurture and challenge them as part of the Enrichment Support Specialists Team.
